DQ4 is a full-featured family of controllers designed for electric ovens for pizza restaurants, bakeries, and pastry shops.
The controls are simple and intuitive.
It regulates the chamber temperature by activating the top, bottom, and -optionally- front heating elements.
It supports both a double probe configuration (top and bottom) with double temperature set-point, and a single probe configuration (chamber) with proportional power control of the top and bottom resistance.
Two baking programmes or timers are available along with the possibility to schedule automatic oven startup at a preset time.
The user interface features a 4.3-inch color capacitive touchscreen display.
All information is clear, and all controls are always available at the user’s touch.
This makes its use so simple and immediate that no user manual is required.
The firmware is developed to maintain touch sensitivity even when installed behind a glass surface (maximum thickness 2mm) allowing its full integration into the aesthetics of the machine.
The graphics are fully customisable to meet the needs of each manufacturer.

It consists of two separate units: the touch screen panel, which can be mounted on the side panel of the oven, and the actuator board, which can be placed inside the electrical cabinet.
The mechanism itself is designed for sandwich mounting, with the power base fixed behind the user interface.
